One Month and International Food Festival

Wednesday - 19/11/08

Wow, it's been a month since we've got together. On Sunday, We had a fabulous dinner at Skyline Restaurant at Rydges Hotel. It's so YUM! but sadly, we had to rush back home to finish up our assignments and i had exam the next day. Fantastic food and wine accompanied by my favourite man.. what a combination! Photos to boast!

On Saturday, we had the International Food Festival. Its when everyone from each individual country get together to cook their country's unique dishes. The kitchen was in chaos when everyone first started. People queuing for the stoves and the rice cooker and hoping to get the dishes out by 6pm. It was a total mess.. People who came were friends of students as well as lecturers and their family.

Every sweat of each individual student paid off! The food was great.. people were enjoying the food and drinks..There was a huge variety to choose from! I only have a few shots to boast! Enjoy~

Tuesday - 11/11/08

"I Hate Indians" this is what i frequently hear from Josh. He dont exactly fancy Indians.. Been living with them in the same unit for the past 4-5 months. I have not seen Josh so angry so i think the Indians must have really pissed him off..

I had PPM group meeting yesterday and we divided the task to do. Josh was suppose to send us the file so that we could have a head start. The pictures in this post is part of the document that Josh sent us.. Have a good laugh~!

On the topic of Indians.. I hate Indians too!! LOL.. i have this girl (u know who u are =x) who is constantly trying to put me down by saying " You wanna be TAN.. or ness WHITE" and i have this guy (u know who u are as well) who is ALWAYS finding something to annoy or make fun of me.. I remember sitting in PM's class.. Kavs on my right and John on my left and i said it! i said " I HATE INDIANS!" man, what a relief =x How ironic though, i hate Indians but my good friend is a Indian and my bf is a Chin-dian (Half Chinese, half Indian).. hmmm.. God must be playing a joke on me LOL..

Seriously, i DO NOT hate Indians.. i just need/wanna/hope to find something to disturb Kavs and John.. I Love the 2 of them to bits =) every single bone in them is loved my ME!!!

School dosent seem half as bad anymore! Found someone else to annoy, bug and go crazy over! Someone who is willing to be my pig *oinks*.. but as usual.. guys will always be guys.. forever lazing in bed.. not willing to get out.. looking forward to me screaming early in the morning.. *WAKE UP!!! GO TO SCHOOL!!!* looking forward to this sentence ey? LOL..

Its only 4 weeks left to the end of semester.. our time will still continue back in S'pore but we will not see each other as frequently.. We're not just 1min walk away anymore.. Rather, 30mins train ride.. (Gawd, just kill me.. i hate taking the train).. whatever it is.. i'm glad that we're together..

Assignments are piling up.. exams are knocking on my door.. and im just running running running.. I dun wanna face them! My schedule is so fully packed! Group meetings over and over again.. Kavs, Charmayne and Soph have to write in a time slot for me to spend them with them! I should be a president or some sort! May do well =x

Anyways Charmayne, i promise to go clubbing with u after exams.. i need to let loose and go crazy after all the cramming.. and i will not see Kavs and you for the next 1 yr.. i have no idea how i am going to survive the next semester with all my good friends and bf away.. =(

Wednesday - 5/11/08

Have you ever stop and look around? Knowing you have so many stuff to do, so many things to complete, and yet have no idea where to start? This is exactly how i am feeling. It's not helping that i'm sick as well.. Yesterday while walking to the Vietnamese restaurant with Kate and John, i suddenly realized that i'm so far behind with all my assignments and for the very first time, i panicked at the thought of not handing it up on time. Time seems to pass by so fast. Another 3 more weeks and i'm out of school..

The past week have been pretty busy and hectic. I have not stopped for 1 sec and really just watch the world go by. I have been racing with the world, not knowing when or how to stop. Not realizing that i may not see some of my friends for a year (I will miss u Kavs). Not realizing how to cherish the ones around me. I hope these moments in time will just freeze and let me enjoy the ones around me.. Those i can hug, kiss, cry and laugh. I finally finished my Kitchen Operations and i would not have anymore of it. Suddenly missing the whole process of waking up to cook! LOL..

Saturday - 25/10/08

I went to the city with John yesterday night to buy stuff and for dinner. Met up with Ah V in town for dessert as well.. Ah V's Birthday was this week.. so decided to call him out to treat him to desserts.. Anyways, Ah V if you're reading this.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

This morning, i went out with my school mates for a relaxation time on board a sail boat.. It was a good start to the weekend.. Dolphins swam up to the sides of the boat..The Sun shining on our faces.. For awhile i did not think about school as well as the other problems bugging me.

These few days, Kate and i have been getting quite close. We've even planned to go to Halloween dressed alike! Let me give u the insides of Kate. She's a Korean but have lived in Taiwan for 9 yrs.. She can speak both Korean and Chinese.. Isn't that cool? ^_^ She's my age but she is currently in First Year.. She just came to ICHM this semester.. Glad to have known her!

My my my... its October! another month and few days and i'll be back in S'pore.. and missing everyone here!! The times spent here was definately worthwhile!

Recently, been back to my partying days.. I have not partied since.. my gawd.. a long long time.. and well, it feels quite good to let loose.. Taking time off from school, getting drunk and having bruises.. i have absolutely no idea where it came from! must have knocked against something...

I'm back to my busy schedule for the week, need to rush through some stuff... Shit loads of leftover homework and assignments to be done.. AND.. im starting to plan my days with peeps back home in S'pore.. i need to plan stuff properly.. have too many people to catch up with..

Let me start of by quoting u.. "Ness, u better say in your next post that u can cry on my shoulders as well!" hehe.. Hun, i remembered those words.. so... I DECLARE THAT I WILL CRY ON KAV'S SHOULDERS FROM NOW ON! ^_^ how's that sound?

So, my beautiful Kavs got so drunk at the Tav on thurs night.. it was hilarious.. while walking back to campus, she fell down and just sat there laughing =.= i ended up supporting her all the way back.. I love it when Kavs is drunk... she spill all sorts of secrets! really really detailed... i enjoyed listening to them.. honestly.. its so cool that she can just let loose and spill~ *go girl!*

Friday morning and Kavs was still tipsy.. she have this "thing" about walls and doors... apparently, she LURVES walking straight into them.. i have never seen someone so affectionate to the plain old doors and white washed walls.. Kavs.. u're truely 1 of a kind! the best kind.. considering that there is only u.. =x I hope u did enjoy urself these few days with me.. partying away.. i know i did enjoy myself last night.. although the end half was pretty much a blur.. ^_^ catch my drift?
